01The fastest way

Telegram. Write in English with your dates, the number of guests and your hotel, and you have a price and a confirmation inside fifteen minutes. Our assistant replies at any hour and in whatever language you wrote in; when the question needs a person, a person joins the same conversation.

02When we answer

A request gets an answer within fifteen minutes. Ordinary questions are read through the day, Phuket time, which is UTC+7 all year round — if you are writing from Europe, our morning is your night. Anything urgent from a guest already on a trip goes out on three channels at once and keeps repeating until a human has it in hand, whatever the hour.

03Where we are

Phuket, Thailand. We meet guests at their hotels rather than at an office, because that is where the day starts — there is no counter to come to and nothing to collect in advance.

04What we do not do

We do not sell flights, we do not process visas, we do not book hotels, and we do not represent anyone at immigration. We are a tour company. What we can do about visas and borders is explain what the rules actually say and drive you there — that is what the visa run, overstay and customs pages are for.

05If something went wrong

Write within 14 days of the trip, to the bot or to the email above, and you get an answer on the substance within ten working days. We would rather settle it in correspondence than have you argue with an operator on a pier. The formal route is in the terms of service.
