01Who you are writing to

A small team that has lived and worked on Phuket since March 2013. We are not an agency counter on a beach road and not a booking platform — we build and run our own routes, drive them with our own drivers, and put our name on the partner trips we resell. More than five thousand people have travelled with us.

We work on one island. If you want Bangkok, Krabi or Pattaya, we are the wrong people, and we will say so rather than sell you something we cannot stand behind.

02How a trip actually happens

• You write — in English, on Telegram, WhatsApp or by phone. Tell us the dates, how many of you there are and which hotel.
• We reply within 15 minutes, check the seats and name the final price.
• You confirm. The price is locked from that moment. Nothing is charged.
• The day itself — the driver comes to your hotel at the agreed time and brings you back to it.

There is no counter to visit, no voucher to print and no queue at 6 a.m. to collect a sticker.

03What a price on this site means

Every price is in Thai Baht (THB, ฿) and it is the price of the whole thing described, not a starting point. What the programme includes is already counted: the pickup at your hotel, the guide, park and entrance fees, lunch where the programme has one, insurance. What it does not include is written on the card. Nobody collects anything extra at the pier.

Read the line under the price. Some things are sold per person and some as a whole — a yacht at 35 000 ฿ is the boat for the day for up to twelve people, not 35 000 ฿ each. Every card says which it is, in those words, because getting this wrong is the difference between a fair price and an insult.

Booking locks the price. From the moment we confirm, the number does not move — not for the exchange rate, not for high season, not because you turned out to be six instead of four.

04How to pay

Settle in baht on the day, with the driver or the operator, in cash or by card — that is what most guests do and it needs no preparation. If you would rather pay ahead, there are two ways: a bank card through the payment service we are connecting, and cryptocurrency in TON, which works now. The card gateway settles in Russian roubles, so a card issued elsewhere may be refused; in that case pay in TON or in baht on the day.

There is no compulsory deposit. Leaving a request charges you nothing.

05One discount, and only one

Take three trips — one of our own routes, one on the water, one on land — and every guest in the party pays 1000 ฿ less. That is the entire discount system. No promo codes, no loyalty points, no cashback, no referral bonuses and no coupon you were supposed to find somewhere. We would rather keep the price low once than run the arithmetic twice.

06Cancelling, moving, and weather

• 48 hours before departure or earlier — cancel at no cost, and anything paid comes back in full.
• Later than that — we keep only what has actually been spent on your behalf: tickets already bought, transport already paid for. The rest comes back.
• Another date — free, subject to availability.
• Storm, storm warning or closed waters — full refund or a new date, whichever you prefer. This is our rule, and it holds whatever the boat operator's own policy says.
